2 days/week group class held Monday 5:30 to 6:30 pm


Service Description

Get fit and never bored with this small group training class. We will use different forms of high intensity interval training to build muscle and increase your heart rate. This high energy class is mostly bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and bands. All exercises can be modified based on fitness level.
