Welcome to Downtown FIT, Rome's Women's Training Studio. Downtown FIT (Females in Training) is located in the historic Between the Rivers district of downtown Rome, Georgia.

We offer personal and small group training using a variety of training styles to help clients meet their fitness goals.  As a women owned and operated studio, really know our clients! Not only will you build a solid training foundation, but also healthy habits, relationships, and accountability partners.
